What this does
Inbound enquiries get read the moment they arrive. Each one is scored against your actual qualifying criteria, tagged with the service it belongs to, routed to the right owner, and given a drafted reply in your voice for a human to approve or edit.
The draft is the point. Approving something is a different cognitive task from composing it, and it is the difference between a two-day response time and a two-hour one.
What you get
- The workflow file and the scoring rubric as an editable config
- The reply-drafting prompt set, including the escalation rules for enquiries that should not get an automated-draft reply at all
- A setup document with the mailbox connection, the label taxonomy, and the routing table
- A short guide to writing qualifying criteria that actually discriminate — most first drafts score everyone as a good fit, which is the same as not scoring
What it replaces
Not the human. It removes the queue where a lead waits for attention, and the part of replying that is genuinely mechanical: confirming what they asked for, restating the next step, and proposing times.
Honest limits
It will not fix a lead flow that is already the wrong leads. Routing rubbish faster is still rubbish. Fix the offer and the targeting first — that is what the growth programmes are for.
